1. definition
LikePay provides additional services and infrastructure to website owners as described in the Product. When we say "our", "us" or "we", we mean LikePay, In. ("LikePay"). By registering for LikePay, you agree not to
- Threaten others with violence.
- Using hateful, abusive, harassing, slanderous, or obscene language against another person.
- Upload, publish, or distribute any material that infringes on the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or other proprietary or proprietary rights of any third party.

If we believe that you have violated any of these regulations, we will, in our sole discretion, remove the material in question and impose restrictions on or delete your account.
5. account cancellation
You may cancel your account or any member's account at any time at your discretion. Off-site backups are routinely deleted within 30 days and all of your data/user data will be promptly deleted from our servers. To cancel your account, please contact us at info@likepay.co.
6. disclaimer of warranty
We value your data and strive to prevent service interruptions. however, our site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the site or our services will meet your requirements, that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected. you understand that you interact with or otherwise obtain content and services through the site at your own discretion and risk.
7. limitation of liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of (1) the use or inability to use this site, (2) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, (3) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or (4) loss of profits, use, data or other intangible property. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You will not hold LikePay liable for any content made available through Memberchat. Memberchatanyone can communicate with you through chat. We are not involved in the actual communication between users. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any content that users share through chat.
Our cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or the Site (based on any legal theory, including, without limitation, claims in contract or tort) during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding your formal written notice to us of any claim relating to liability hereunder not to exceed the amount actually paid to us. All claims you have against LikePay shall be aggregated to satisfy this limitation, and multiple and/or subsequent claims shall not enlarge this limitation.
8. disclaimer
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents and suppliers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents and agents harmless from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this Site, including, but not limited to, your breach of this Agreement.
