eZeeBase Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is in addition to the existing LikePay Terms and Policies; by using LikePay's products, you agree to these Terms, LikePay's Terms of Use,Privacy Policy, and, if you or your end user is a citizen or traveler of the European Union, Data ProcessingAddendum to which you agree.
The purpose of this Agreement is to define and clarify the terms and conditions under which LikePay provides the eZeeBase service and your use of it.

Project Owner" - the LikePay customer who registered an eZeeBase account and created the project, whose project ID will be used to run eZeeBase on a specific website.
Legal Basis and Transparency
Justification of data processing activities
LikePay justifies its activities to process your data in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR. 'The data subject consents to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.' This means that you and all eZeeBase customers consent to LikePay processing your data for the purposes described in LikePay's terms and policies.
What information do we process and who has access to it?
Purpose of Information Processing
LikePay collects and processes your information in order to provide eZeeBase services to you in the best possible way. In particular, we collect information to ensure that we perform the following functions
- Understanding the customer base
- Identification by LikePay
- Firebase project and eZeeBase SDK integration
What information do you collect?
eZeeBase collects the following information about owners and their Firebase projects by having you fill out a form with the required information.
- Email Address
- identity
- profile picture
- Firebase Project Setup
- API ACCESS KEY
Who has access to your information?
LikePay
As an eZeeBase provider, LikePay has access to all data collected, but this access is limited to dedicated employees and officers.

How do we protect your data?

eZeeBase uses HTTPS and data between the website and our servers is always encrypted.
Certification
Before viewing your project or personal data, we authenticate you using a token from our authentication service provider. This token is signed by the provider.

eZeeBase has strict rules for access privileges to user data.
Data Erasure
User data will be deleted upon request from the project owner of eZeeBase. Project Owners may erase end-user data by sending a request to info@likepay.co. End-user data will be erased within 30 days of receiving a request from the Project Owner.
Data Rights
Request and receive data
You have the right to request and receive information about your data stored by LikePay. You also have the right to know how long LikePay plans to store your information and why.
You may request access to your data by sending a request to info@likepay.co.
Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information.
You may correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information by accessing your eZeebase account.
Deletion of Personal Information
You may request deletion of your personal information at info@likepay.co.
Requests are committed to be executed within 30 days of LikePay's receipt of the request.
Request to stop data processing
You can ask LikePay to stop processing your data by sending a request to info@likepay.co.

Receive data in a generally readable format
We are committed to providing our clients with a copy of the data in csv or spreadsheet format, which is generally considered to be more readable.
Object to LikePay processing your data
You may object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such marketing messages.
Limitation of Liability
LikePay has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any Firebase project that you use with eZeeBase, and LikePay shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the project owner's use of eZeeBase. LikePay shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of eZeeBase by project owners.
